Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Unlimited VPN, an iOS virtual private network (VPN) application developed and operated by ViberzLab LLC. By downloading, installing, or using Unlimited VPN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use Unlimited VPN. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. The service

Unlimited VPN routes your internet traffic through an encrypted VPN tunnel to a server location you choose. A VPN helps protect your traffic on the network you are connected to and hides your IP address from the sites you visit. It does not make you anonymous, protect against every threat, or replace good security habits such as software updates and strong passwords.

4. Free locations and daily limits

Free locations are available at no cost with a limited amount of connected time per location each day, as shown in the app. Free time resets once a day. To enforce these limits, the service meters connected time and may disconnect you when your free time runs out. We may change the number of free locations, the daily allowance, or discontinue free access, and we may limit free access from a network or device to prevent abuse.

5. Premium subscriptions

Unlimited VPN offers optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions that unlock every location without a time limit. Available plans, billing periods, prices, free trials, and introductory offers are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store at confirmation of purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the internet while connected. You agree not to use Unlimited VPN to:

• break any law, or infringe copyrights or other rights, including by sharing pirated content;
• send spam, run phishing or fraud, or distribute malware;
• attack, scan, probe, or disrupt any network, server, or service;
• harass, threaten, or harm others, or access accounts or data without authorization;
• resell, share, or automate access to the service or bypass free-tier limits;
• reverse engineer or copy the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may block traffic types that are commonly abused (for example outbound email on port 25) and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

7. Server locations and third-party providers

Some locations are operated by us and others by infrastructure partners, including VPNresellers for Premium locations. Speeds, availability, and the list of locations can change. Location names describe where a server is hosted; some websites and services may still detect VPN use or restrict access. Services provided by Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, our hosting providers, and our VPN partners are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

8. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by ViberzLab LLC or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control for non-commercial use.

9. App Store terms

The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Unlimited VPN except as required by law.

10. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, locations, free limits, subscription benefits, or service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or leak-free operation. We will not retroactively change a paid subscription period except as permitted by law and App Store rules.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlimited VPN is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of security, anonymity, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViberzLab LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the app, including losses caused by service interruptions, disconnections, or content you access while connected. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, including by blocking a device or network from free locations, when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, fraud, abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, or harm to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ViberzLab LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections and forums in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith, unless applicable law allows you to proceed directly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
