1. Overview

Unlimited VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) application for iPhone developed and operated by ViberzLab LLC. This policy applies to the Unlimited VPN iOS app and its associated services. We do not sell your personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your connection for advertising or profiling.

2. No account required

You do not create an account to use Unlimited VPN. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

3. How the VPN connection works

When you connect, iOS creates an encrypted IKEv2 tunnel between your iPhone and the server location you select. Your internet traffic then leaves through that server, so websites and apps see the server's IP address instead of yours. Traffic is encrypted between your device and the VPN server; after it leaves the server it travels to its destination like any other internet traffic.

The app stores its VPN login and a few preferences (such as your selected location and appearance) on your device, using the iOS Keychain for passwords. A VPN profile is added to iOS so the system can start the tunnel; you can remove it in iOS Settings at any time.

4. Free locations (our own servers)

Free locations run on servers we operate, hosted by third-party data centers in the United States and Germany. To give each device a fair daily allowance, the app generates a random device identifier and keeps it in the Keychain. We store only a one-way hash of that identifier together with:

the free VPN login issued to your device;
the date the login was created and the IP address it was requested from;
the number of seconds you were connected each day, used to enforce the daily free limit;
a daily count of new free logins per IP address, used to prevent abuse.

We do not log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries on our free servers. For security and troubleshooting, our servers keep standard system logs that record connection events (your IP address, VPN login, and connection times) and requests to our free-tier API. These logs are deleted automatically after no more than 14 days. DNS lookups made through free locations are resolved by Cloudflare's public resolver (1.1.1.1).

5. Premium locations

Premium locations are provided by our infrastructure partner VPNresellers. When a Premium subscriber first connects, we create a VPN login with this partner using a random username and password; no name or contact details are shared. Your connection to a Premium location is handled by the partner's servers, which process connection data under their own privacy terms. We do not receive a record of the websites you visit through Premium locations.

6. Visible location

To show "Your visible location" on the home screen, the app asks a location-lookup service which country your current IP address appears to be in. That request contains your IP address and is not linked to any other information about you. Unlimited VPN does not request access to your device's GPS location.

7. Subscriptions

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment; we never receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat manages subscription status using an anonymous app user identifier and purchase information supplied by Apple. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. How we use and disclose data

We use data only as reasonably necessary to:

connect you to the location you choose and keep the service running;
issue free logins and enforce the daily free limit;
manage Premium subscriptions and restore purchases;
prevent abuse, secure our servers, and meet legal obligations;
respond to support requests.

We disclose data only to the service providers described in this policy, when required by law, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

9. Retention and deletion

Server system logs are deleted automatically within 14 days. Free-tier records (hashed device identifier, free login, and daily usage) are kept while the service operates so the daily limit keeps working. Data stored on your iPhone stays there until you delete the app; the device identifier in the Keychain may persist after reinstalling. To ask us to delete free-tier records associated with your device, contact us.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal data we hold. Because we do not know who you are, we may need information from your device (available on request) to locate records linked to it. You can remove the VPN profile in iOS Settings and manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted connections, key-only server access, firewalls, and automatic security updates. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our servers and providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

12. Children

Unlimited VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
