Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using MileLore, including safe use, live sharing, social features, and Drive+ subscriptions.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MileLore, an iOS drive tracking application developed and operated by ViberzLab LLC. By downloading, installing, or using MileLore, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use MileLore. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms. You must be legally permitted and physically able to drive before using driving features as a driver.
3. The service
MileLore can automatically detect drives, record routes locally, calculate personal drive statistics and scores, display drive history, create map visualizations and 3D flyovers, support Live Activities, and offer optional friends, live sharing, and leaderboards. Features may vary by device, location, permissions, subscription, and operating-system support.
4. Drive safely
Never interact with MileLore while operating a vehicle. Set up the app, permissions, route, sharing audience, and other controls before driving, or ask a passenger to operate the device. Obey traffic laws, posted limits, road conditions, and lawful directions from authorities at all times.
MileLore is not a navigation safety system, emergency service, vehicle diagnostic, insurance product, or substitute for attentive driving. Drive scores, top speed, driving moments, and records are personal historical insights—not targets, competitions to drive faster, or certifications of safe driving.
5. Accuracy and automatic tracking
GPS, motion activity, map data, speed estimates, automatic drive detection, and calculated insights may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The app may miss a drive or record non-driving movement as a drive. You are responsible for reviewing your history and must not rely on MileLore as legal evidence, an odometer, tax log, mileage reimbursement record, or authoritative record unless you independently verify the information. Background location may affect battery life.
6. Accounts and driver tags
An account is optional for local tracking but required for social features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of your Apple or Google account. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Driver tags can be searchable and visible to other users. Do not use a tag that impersonates another person, violates rights, is deceptive, or is abusive. We may remove or change tags that violate these Terms or create legal or safety risk.
7. Friends and live sharing
Share your live location only with people you know and trust. You control whether live sharing is enabled and whether all accepted friends or selected friends may view an active drive. Allowed friends may receive a notification when you begin sharing and may see your position, movement, selected 3D vehicle, and last-shared time.
Live location can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate and is not intended for emergencies, dispatch, rescue, supervision, or personal safety monitoring. Ending sharing or enabling Ghost Mode may take a short time to propagate. Do not use social features to stalk, harass, threaten, monitor without consent, or expose another person's location.
8. Leaderboards and gamified features
Leaderboards, trophies, streaks, ranks, and scores are entertainment and personal insight features. They may change as calculation methods evolve. Never break a law, speed, drive unnecessarily, or take a risk to improve a result. We may exclude invalid drives, correct errors, reset results, or remove users who manipulate data or misuse the system. Public leaderboard participation is optional.
9. Drive+ subscriptions
MileLore offers optional auto-renewing Drive+ subscriptions. Available plans, billing periods, prices, trials, introductory offers, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings before the end of the current period. Deleting the app or your MileLore account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app while driving in an unsafe or unlawful manner;
- stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, or locate someone without consent;
- publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content;
- fabricate drives, manipulate scores, or interfere with leaderboards;
- access another account or restricted data without authorization;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or introduce malicious code into the service;
- reverse engineer or copy the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Your content and data
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose. Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Our intellectual property
The app, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by ViberzLab LLC or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control for non-commercial use.
13. Third-party services
The app relies on services supplied by Apple, Google, Supabase, Mapbox, RevenueCat, and Expo. Their availability, data, and services are governed by their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party outages, map accuracy, or changes to those services.
14. App Store terms
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting MileLore except as required by law.
15. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, free limits, subscription benefits, or service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will not retroactively change a paid subscription period except as permitted by law and App Store rules.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MileLore is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViberzLab LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the app. We are not responsible for accidents, citations, injury, property damage, missed drives, inaccurate location or speed information, or reliance on a score or live location. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent permitted by law.
18. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and can delete your social account from Profile. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to another user. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
19. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ViberzLab LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections and forums in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith, unless applicable law allows you to proceed directly.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the app or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
